Now a Senior Data Researcher and Standardization Analyst at LSE, her journey highlights the power of education, adaptability, and ambition.
Foundation at RGU & Early Career
Bidisha pursued Electrical Engineering at RGU in 2011, where she developed a passion for analytical problem-solving. Her education provided hands-on learning and mentorship, shaping her future in data research.
After graduating in 2015, she began her career at Assam State Electricity Board, followed by a role at Ingersoll Rand, where she gained exposure to large-scale data operations. She later transitioned to GE Healthcare, focusing on market research, and then to Naukrigulf as Deputy Manager, refining her data-driven decision-making skills.
Breakthrough at the London Stock Exchange
Bidisha’s career took a major leap when she joined the London Stock Exchange as a Standardization Analyst, later advancing to Senior Data Researcher. At LSE, she analyzes complex financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in global markets.
“It’s not just about crunching numbers but interpreting data to shape financial strategies,” she says, emphasizing how her skills from RGU continue to influence her work.
